Stonking! Grab the chance to see this fantastic duo before they really hit the big time. They played a support slot for us in 2012 just after they got going and since then have toured the world, been on just about every radio station you can think of including lots of Radio 2 play in the last few weeks.  The most haunting vocals and harmonies and brilliant songwriting craft, please don’t miss this chance to catch them in our tiny club!

The duo have just finished their first studio EP recording, working with James Towler at Wincraft Studios, Richard Neuberg at Strawhouse Studios, and John Dent at Loud Mastering. Their debut EP will be released in December, followed by a tour in the UK and Europe. There are also plans for a US tour in 2014.

Ian O'ReganWell it’s about time we had a good night of blues at Seend Acoustic and Ian will definitely deliver that for you. Ian has already played several times at the club and delivered a blinding support slot to Phil King last year.

Ian made a name for himself fronting up his own blues band, but of late has decided to pursue a solo career.  A mean vocalist and guitarist, Ian’s interpretations of blues classics, coupled with his ability to tackle material from other genres has made him into an all-round consummate performer who is both highly respected and highly sought after.
In support this week we have Ed Hanfrey who we’ve seen here in a number of different guises and this time he will be with 2 supporting musicians.

Of course we will have our mental raffle and chocolates on chairs and plenty of floorspots available!

We’re delighted as always to welcome back one of the finest singer / songwriters on the circuit and one of Malc’s favourite top 5 performers at our club. Rob is bringing his band over from Wales this time, could be 3, could be 4 of them and if you’d seen or heard about their performance at Village Pump in Trowbridge a couple of weeks ago then you won’t want to miss this.

This last year has seen Rob touring nationally with his 2013 brilliant album Let It Go. He sits right in the category of a top writer and performer that should receive more recognition, well, he gets it from us 🙂

Joining us for the support slot is 16 year old local pianist / singer Lauren Castle after her lovely performance at our Christmas club.

Of course we will have our mental raffle and chocolates on chairs and plenty of floorspots available!
